A meditative service centered around Robert Frost’s poem “Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening.” Stop for a spell to rest, breathe in the cold and the crisp air. Poetry, music, meditation and contemplation will offer you solace in the deep winter.
About the presenter: Rev. Carrie Ives is an interfaith minister and spiritual director, graduate student in spiritually, co-facilitator of the Spiritual Mentoring Certificate Program and member of the Leadership Council of Tree of Life Interfaith Temple. Taking time to stop and breathe is important to her overall health (and yours!).
